How It All Came to Be
As an Austin native, our owner and founder, Tony Perez, has taken much pride in watching the city he knows and loves grow into what it is today.
Upon graduating from Lanier High School, Tony went on to earn a degree in Business. After college, he worked with multiple Fortune 500 Companies, improving operations and increasing end-to-end value to the customer.
For several years, Tony managed one of the largest fence companies in Central Texas. Serving customers from Waco to New Braunfels, he oversaw 40 subcontractor teams and managed 60-80 fence and deck projects daily. Having gained industry experience, and wanting to continue working with fellow Texans, he went on to found Sagamore Fence & Deck in 2017.
Outside of work, Tony maintains a full working wood shop in his home as a personal hobby. The demanding intricacies of woodworking spill over into a greater desire to provide customers with not just beautiful work, but a greater overall experience in working with the company he has dedicated years of his life to.

Why the Sagamore name?
Theodore Roosevelt spent the summers of his presidency at his home, Sagamore Hill. It was where he taught his children to play, hunt, row, and swim.
Over the years, T.R. has become an inspiration to our work and life. To us, he is the embodiment of the American Spirit – adventure, hard work, strife, toil, and integrity. He was an immovable force on what he believed was right. In this spirit, we pay homage to this great American and hold this namesake to the highest of honor.

Tony

Tony, a proud Austin native, earned his Business degree and started his career in Global Supply Chain and Logistics. Armed with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Tony has a knack for streamlining operations, saving companies millions, and enhancing the customer experience. For several years, Tony managed one of the largest fence companies in Central Texas, overseeing 40 subcontractor teams and juggling 60-80 projects daily.
In his downtime, you’ll find Tony in his home wood shop. His commitment to quality and detail makes working with the Sagamore team a standout experience.
Jessica
managing member
Jessica is the co-founder of Sagamore Fence and Deck. She works behind the scenes managing employee relations, payroll, and the financial aspects of the business.
Jessica enjoys connecting with fellow local business owners in Georgetown and takes pride in fostering a strong sense of community. One of her favorite aspects of her job is getting to be a part of an amazing team of people who work hard and always put their clients first.
Blaire
Operations Team Supervisor
Originally from Illinois, Blaire has found a home in Georgetown, Texas with her husband, John. Outside of work, Blaire loves spending quality time sipping coffee at Lamppost Coffee, nurturing her ever-growing plant collection, and listening to her favorite musician Colter Wall.
At Sagamore Fence & Deck, Blaire leads marketing campaigns, manages social media, and acts as the initial point of contact for customers. She enjoys working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they’re satisfied with their experience.
Loren
sales manager
Loren, originally from Austin, TX, values genuine connections and good conversations. A former enterprise sales professional at Dell Technologies, Loren spent years building relationships and always putting people before the pitch. Now, he brings that same approach to his current work, ensuring clients feel heard and valued as he brings their backyard visions to life.
When he’s not working, you can find him riding his Harley through the hill country, making new friends, or enjoying nature. For Loren, life’s about the journey and the people you meet along the way.
Arthur
project manager
A Taylor, Texas native, Arthur, has always been hands-on—whether it’s building decks or coaching his little league soccer team. After studying carpentry, framing, and construction management in Waco, he’s now a top-notch fence and deck project manager, known for delivering quality work and keeping projects on track.
When Arthur’s not wrangling project timelines, he’s spending time with his two daughters and his son, or sneaking away for a peaceful fishing trip.
