For fencing projects under $20,000 and decking projects under $14,000, we do not require a deposit. Any project over that amount will require a 50% up-front deposit. Sagamore Fence & Deck does not accept final payment for any project until after the final inspection has been completed.

Sagamore Fence & Deck has a team of specialized project managers who will work directly with you throughout the process.
This includes things like managing the project remotely, sending electronic status updates, keeping our crews informed on the plan and vision for the project, and much more.
How long does a project typically take?
The timeline of your decking project may vary depending on the size of the deck, the materials used, the site condition, and any permitting roadblocks.
As a general estimate, most standard deck projects can be completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the start of construction.
