First Responding Home Inspections is a family-owned home inspection company based in Round Rock. It is owned by a retired Georgetown firefighter who is now a TREC-licensed Professional Inspector, and he brings a first responder’s eye for safety and detail to every home he inspects.
Buyers, sellers and renters get a full TREC inspection with drone photos and thermal imaging, with termite (WDI), sewer scope, foundation elevation and irrigation checks available from the same inspector. For new construction, they offer pre-pour, pre-drywall and 11-month builder’s warranty inspections. They keep their daily schedule small so no one feels rushed, offer weekend inspections, post their pricing upfront and deliver a clear, photo-filled report the same day.
