We never approach any project, big or small, based on how much it is worth to us – our goal is to always help however we can. Even if helping means advising our potential clients that they do not need our services, we are dedicated to giving you the best solution.
Do you require a deposit?
Sagamore Fence & Deck does not require deposits for any fencing projects under $20,000, or decking projects under $14,000. Projects over that amount require a 50% deposit up front – we will not accept final payment until after our team has completed our final inspection of you project.
Who will manage my fencing project?
Every project we carry out is managed by one of our project managers. They will be on-site at the start of the project to ensure that they have all of the information from you that is needed.
Before heading to your project, we guarantee that every crew has received and studied digital renderings of your project and that you receive real-time electronic updates for any changes. Your project manager will also manage the project remotely.
How long does a project typically take?
Standard fence projects are typically completed in 2-3 days given that there are no extenuating circumstances such as inclement weather.
Very large projects (those consisting of over 2,000 linear feet) will have a more customized, specific timeline for project completion.
